10/13/2023 Auto writing – Trish Thompson
Below is the very first autowriting session. My goal was to try to get a deeper connection with my inner self and the universal energies. So, I embarked on a journey of simply trying to be still and quiet…something I don’t always find easy with my overactive mind. I started with a brief 10 minute meditation to binaural music. Then sat quietly and just wrote whatever came to my mind.
Connected, true, elation, calm, wired, belief, knowing. I am all that is. I am all that will ever be. I am the light. I am the dark, the cave, the abyss. I am meant to be. I am alive within life.
I am capable of all things. I am forever and ever and beyond. I believe in all that is, because I am al l that is. Light is me, I am light. I see beyond all to everything. I am a gift within this gift. I sow seeds and experience their growth, because they grow within me. Nothing is external, all is within. So within, so without, is really all within. There is no outer. Within is where we truly are, always.
There is no path that leads away from us. All paths lead to us-our true being. Endless paths are endless possibilities to come home. To bring home where you stand in the here and now.
I light the cord that lights me up. This cord connects us all to all that is. This cord that we each have, when lit, affects us all. Because we are all one and the same. Connected. One piece of the same heart- source. We can light this cord with love, or not, we have that choice. Whatever
we light the cord with, will affect us all. We have the choice.
Remember our home. Remember the love. Remember the endless serenity and joy. This is all available to us here and now. Choose home, choose love and the All will shine upon you. The All will breathe into you. The All will deliver you to All. In the beginning there is All and in the end
there is All.
