We are energy. Enlightenment comes when we release barriers to our sight- our spiritual sight.
We can evolve endlessly when we connect with our soul, our pure energy force – it is everywhere and all-encompassing. It only requires our faith and belief, unwavering, undoubting to bring it forth to its full powerful potential.
There are no wrong answers. It is only for us to grow and evolve, that we have endless paths to explore – no wrong or right. One path will always lead to another and another, filled with endless possible experiences. That is why we are here, to explore with wild abandon. To experience all we can. For each experience grows us, evolves us, like the rings of a tree, each ring earned through living.
We are so much more than these human vessels we possess. So much more than the human base emotions and experiences. These human experiences are the gifts that assist our soul in evolving. The human challenges we face are all opportunities for soul evolution. Each relationship is a chance to bring forth our soul to connect with other souls, to walk together in love to evolve the collective.
Some get so caught up in humanness that they forget their true self. They lose connection with their true nature and they lose connection with the All – the Collective. But they are not lost. They can find their way back home, to the All. Only if they choose to do so. It is a choice we all have here in this earth plane.
There is no right way to do this journey. There is only the way that feels right to us at any given moment. Home is right here whenever we want to connect with it. It takes a mere intention to connect, a remembering of the lightness that we are, and acceptance of the love that is unending.
My human heart beats just the same as any other. It is our human hearts that house our soul, our inner being – our true selves.

- Focus on your heart to release your true essence into this human experience.
- Focus on your heart to change your vibration – to increase your vibration. Your vibration is a calling card and will attract all that is similar in frequency.
The key to raising our vibration truly is to find stillness, to find quiet, and to focus on our hearts. Imagine hearing the heartbeats of all living creatures in this earth plane… Wow! Immense power, so beautiful, so in sync. Our hearts truly do beat as one. We are always connected.
